Refund policy
Ready to ship jewelry that has not been resized or altered is eligible for return within 4 days of receipt. The piece must be returned in pristine condition that has not been worn, scratched, or damaged in any way. Please contact us if you wish to return your piece and we will provide a link to purchase an insured shipping label. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Luz is not responsible for pieces lost or damaged within shipping.
Made to order, custom pieces or jewelry that has been resized or altered are not eligible for return or refund. All invoices on custom jewelry or custom orders are non-refundable.
Warrenties and Repairs:
We stand behind our craft and guarantee the structural integrity of all jewelry for one year from purchase date. Luz guarantees against all defects of materials and craftsmanship of our jewelry, however normal wear and tear, neglect, or accidental damage is not considered. This type of normal wear or damage includes scratches, dents, or bends in metals and softer stones, wear or damage to prongs, etc.
Melee diamonds (2mm diamonds or smaller) will be replaced free of charge within the first 6 months after purchase. If the piece has been damaged due to wear resulting in the loss of a melee diamond, we can replace at cost to the client.
Center stones are not under warrantee and should be insured. It is important to quickly add jewelry to a homeowners, renters, or individual policy; this will protect against loss, damage or theft of jewelry.
