Shipping policy

Shipping costs: Orders over $175 ship free. Orders under $75, domestic and international shipping rates apply.

Processing Times: Ready-to-ship and unsized products will ship within 5 business days. Please allow 2 weeks for resizing. Clients will receive tracking information via email as soon as their purchase has shipped. Made to order pieces require 4-6 weeks of production and processing and will ship within 5 days of completion after those 4-6 weeks. Clients will receive tracking information via email as soon as their made-to-order piece has been completed and has shipped.

Returns and exchanges:

Ready to ship jewelry that has not been resized or altered is eligible for return within 3 days of receipt. The piece must be returned in pristine condition that has not been worn, scratched, or damaged in any way. Please contact us if you wish to return your piece and we will provide a link to purchase an insured shipping label. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Luz is not responsible for pieces lost or damaged within shipping. 

Custom pieces, made-to-order, and jewelry that has been resized or altered are not eligible for return or refund.
